Board approves far-reaching homeless strategies

The broad initiative includes 47 strategies that were approved on the same day that the City of Los Angeles also approved its own plan to address the homeless crisis. Together, the initiatives aim to attack the root causes of homelessness and lift thousands of individuals off the street and into better lives.
